If your team is registered under an association sanction or membership, this guide will walk you through the process of adding players to your roster.
1. Accessing the Sanction Registration

Log In:
Go to eventconnectsports.com and log in to your account. You will land on the Home Page.

Navigate to My Associations:
Click the My Associations tab, then select the Profiles button on the right side to choose the specific association you need.
2. Selecting the Team Sanction
- Once the profile tab opens, click View beside the correct Team Sanction for the current year.
3. Inviting Players

Access the Sanction Roster:
Once you're on the Sanction Roster, click the Players button and select Invite Members.

Find Existing Players:
If the player has already registered, you can use the Find Player option instead
4. Generate and Send the Invite Link

Generate Invite Link:
Select the Generate button to create an invite link for your team. -
Set Link Expiry (Optional):
You can set an expiration date for the invite link to ensure all players join by a specific deadline. -
Copy and Send the Link:
Copy the generated link and share it with your team to invite them to join your roster.5. Player Registration

Existing Players:
If the parent or player has previously registered with the association, they will be prompted to add the existing player to your team.

New Players:
If the player has not registered for the event yet, clicking the invite link will initiate the registration process.
6. Reviewing Your Sanction Roster
Once a player has been added, they will appear on your association's sanction roster.
By following these steps, you can easily invite players to join your roster under an association sanction.
