This article will walk you through adding players to your team if you have registered your team under an association sanction or membership.
Step #1: Accessing the Sanction Registration through the 'My Associations' tab
Once you have logged in to your account at eventconnectsports.com you will land on your Home Page. Now select the "My Associations" Tab and click on the Profiles button to the far right to choose your Association.
Step #2 Selecting the Team Sanction
You will see a profile tab open on the right-hand side. Now select "View" beside the correct Team Sanction for the current year.
Step #3 Inviting players
Now you will be on the Sanction Roster. From here, select the Players button and click on the Invite Members option. Or you can also select the Find Player option if the player has already registered.
Step #4 Generate and send the Invite link
Now select the Generate option to create an invite link for your team. You can also set the expiry on the link if you would like all players to join by a specific date.
A link will generate that you can copy and send to your team to invite them to join your team's roster.
Once the parent or player clicks on the link provided, if they have a player previously registered with this association, it will prompt them to add this player to your team. If a player has not yet been registered for the event, this will begin the registration process right away.
Once the player has been added, they will then display on your association sanction roster.
