The following article will walk you through how to create a hotel reservation as a member of a team.
If you have not yet been invited to join your team, you will need to contact your Team Manager to complete these next steps. If your team manager is holding a block of hotel rooms for your team, refer to this article detailing how to book reservations using a Team Block.
Step #1 - Visit the Hotel Feed From Your Team Dashboard
Refer to this article to navigate to your Team Dashboard from your account's home screen. Once you've arrived at your Team Dashboard page, select the View Hotels button at the bottom of your Event Hotels card. This will take you to the Hotel Feed for your team's event.
Please note that you will not be charged for your hotel reservation deposit until after you have entered your credit card information and have read and agreed to the hotel's cancellation policy. Your reservation deposit is processed only after you have selected the Confirm and Pay button at the conclusion of your booking process.
Step #2 - Hotel Feed
The Hotel Feed is where you can shop for a hotel room to reserve for your event. You can use the Filter feature to search for hotels based on your specific requirements like amenities, location, price or inventory. After you have found a great fit for your team, click Select your room to proceed to the next step of your booking process, where you can view room details, amenities, pricing and available inventory.
Step #3 - Select Your Room
Here you will be presented with the hotel's available room types, rates and a map showing the location of the hotel in relation to your event venue. Click Book Now to continue customizing your reservation. Alternatively, you can block rooms for your team by selecting Hold Group Rooms.
Step #4 - Reservation Details
Customize your stay including the number of rooms needed, the length of your stay and the number of adults and children staying in the room. Pricing for your stay is featured on the right side. Click next to proceed.
Step #5 - Payment
Enter your credit card information. You are not required to pay the full amount, instead, we only ask for a small down payment in order to reserve your reservations. The total amount must be paid in full when you check-in to your hotel.
Step #6 - Confirmation Email
You will be emailed a confirmation receipt with all of your accommodation details and the remaining balance due upon arrival at your hotel. If you need to make any further amendments to your hotel reservation, select the View Reservation button at the button of your confirmation email.
