This article will walk you through how to cancel an existing hotel reservation.
You can cancel your hotel reservation anytime before your reservation's cancellation date. This date is featured at the top of your reservation receipt. If you need to cancel your reservation after this date, please contact the hotel directly.

Step #1 - Navigate to Your Hotel Reservation Receipt
After logging into your account, click on the My Reservations card at the top of the page. This will populate the list of reservations you have made below.
All upcoming hotel reservations you have made will be listed below, including any reservations you may have already cancelled. Select the reservation you would like to cancel by clicking the blue arrow at the far right.
Step #2 - Hotel Reservation Receipt
The next screen features your hotel reservation receipt, where you can review your hotel reservation's cost and details. Select the Edit Reservation button at the bottom of the page to move forward with cancelling your reservation.
Step #3 - Cancel Your Reservation
Next, you are presented with the Edit Reservations page, where you can update payment information, select a different room type, change hotels, or cancel. To cancel your reservation, select the Cancel Reservation button at the bottom of the page, below the list of your reservation details.
Next, you will be prompted to select a reason for why you are cancelling your reservation. Once again, select the Cancel Reservation button. After your reservation has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
