Create a Block of Rooms for My Team

This guide explains how to easily place a hold on multiple hotel rooms for your team, ensuring everyone stays together at no extra cost.

Why Create a Room Block?

Creating a room block or holding rooms allows your entire team to stay in the same hotel, making it easier to coordinate and start the day smoothly for any events or games.

Step 1: Access the hotel link from your team dashboard

• Access the Team Dashboard

  Scroll down on your Team Dashboard to find the Discounted Hotels section. 

• View Hotel Options

  Click on View Hotels to explore the available hotels with discounted rates.
  
   

  

Step 2: Choose your hotel

1. Choose a Hotel  

• Once you find a hotel that meets your needs, click Select Your Room to view detailed information, including amenities and rates.
• Use the filter function to narrow down your hotel options.

Step 3: Selecting Your Room Type

1. Review Room Options

   Browse through the hotel's room options, rates, and availability.
    

2. Hold Rooms

   Select the Hold Rooms option to reserve multiple rooms for your team.
    

 

Step 4: Making Your Team Block

1. Select Nights and Room Quantity

   Choose the number of nights and the number of rooms required for your team.
    

2. Create Your Room Block

   • Name your room block.
   • Enter your email address to finalize the room block.

3. Request Additional Rooms

   If needed, you can request additional rooms.

Sharing and Managing Your Room Block

• Share Your Room Block: Easily share the block details with your team.
• View Team Reservations: Monitor your team's reservations from the dashboard.
