This article will walk you through how to place a hold on multiple hotel rooms for your team.
Making a Room Block will allow your entire team to stay together, setting aside multiple rooms at no cost to you. This simplifies your team's accommodation needs, as your players are located at the same hotel and ready to hit the field in the morning. Step #1 - Viewing the Hotel Feed From Your Team Dashboard
To make a reservation, you first need to access your Team Dashboard. After arriving at your team dashboard, Select the View Hotels Option in the Discounted Hotels Section.
Step #2 - Selecting your Team's Hotel
Now you will see the list of hotels contracted for the event. Once you have found your team's preferred hotel, click on the Select Your Room button to open up the room types and see how many are available.
Step #3 - Selecting Your Room Type
Here you will be presented with the hotel's available room types, rates and how many rooms are available. You can block rooms for your team by selecting Hold Group Rooms.
Step #4 - Making Your Team Block
Here, you will be able to select the nights and how many rooms are needed by your team. You will also need to give your room block a name and add your email address to confirm the block is created.
If the hotel does not have the number of rooms required for instantly making a block for your team, our system will notify you and submit a request to the hotel for additional inventory. You can learn more about room block requests here: How Do I Request Additional Hotel Inventory?
