This article will walk you through how to export your Rooming List and add Confirmation IDs to your reservations.
Downloading your Rooming List will provide you with all the details you require including names, dates, credit card information, room accommodations, prices and statuses for your internal records.
Step #1 - Navigate to your Hotel Dashboard
Step #2 - View Your Live Hotel Contracts
Once you've arrived at your hotel dashboard, select the Live filter to reveal a list of your hotel's approved contracts for upcoming events.
Find the hotel contract you would like to download your rooming list for and select the Confirm Reservations button. This will take you to your Hotel Contracts page for the event.
Step #3 - Export Your Rooming List
You will not be able to obtain a rooming list with credit card information before the cutoff date. This is to stay PCI compliant and to protect our clientele. Once the cutoff date has passed you will be able to receive your rooming list via fax with credit card information included.
From your Hotel Contracts page, select the Export Rooming List button. This will provide you with all the information required for your internal system to generate reservation confirmation numbers.
Step #4 - Add Confirmation Numbers
Reservations must be confirmed within the first 7 days following your hotel contract's cut-off date.
Scroll down further on your Hotel Contracts page to enter each reservation's confirmation number. Once you've entered the number, select the green Confirm button.
If a reservation is cancelled, type "Cancelled" inside of the Hotel Reservation ID field along with the cancellation number. If a guest cancels their reservation before it is made in your hotel system, type "N/A" in the Confirmation ID field. Updates to reservations must be confirmed within 7 days of your hotel contract's cut-off date.
