This guide explains how to request more hotel rooms than are currently available.
When to Submit a Room Block Request
If you’ve selected a location and see the Hold Rooms button (instead of Select Room), it means there are no rooms available for immediate booking or there aren’t enough rooms for all the nights you’ve selected.
