This article will walk you through how to adjust the cut-off date of an existing event contract.
Step #1 - Opening Your Contract
After logging into your account and accessing your hotel dashboard, click on the Active Contracts & Rooming Lists tab.
Check the box next to the event name and click edit selected contracts.
Step #2 - Editing Your Contract
Once in your contract, click on the date picker underneath Cut Off and select the new cut-off date. Then, click Save.
When you update the cut-off date through your dashboard you and the Contract Manager both will receive an e-signed addendum to document the updated cut-off date.
