This article will walk you through how to add your hotel to our network.
Step #1 - Search for Your Property
Search your property using this link: https://app.eventconnect.io/hotels/create. The page you open up to should look like this.
On this page, search your hotel by name and location. *TIP: Use generic names such as "Holiday" or "Hilton" to make the search easier. You will land on a page that shows possible matches to your search. If you find your property, you can request access by selecting the bubble beside the name of the property, clicking Continue, then clicking Request Access on the next page. An admin will then add you to your dashboard.
Step #2 - Create Property
If your property cannot be found in the system, you will be asked to create a new property. Follow the steps in the creation portal, including the creation of hotel properties, bed types offered, images to be displayed on our listing feed, contacts at the property, and standard contract details. Once finished, you may begin receiving leads to bid on our RFPs.
