This article will walk you through how to check active pick-up on an Event Contract from your hotel dashboard.
Step #1 - Navigate to your Event Contract Dashboard
After logging into your account and navigating to your Hotel Dashboard, select the Active Contracts & Rooming Lists tab to display a list of your hotel's approved contracts for upcoming events.
Find the Event Contract you would like to manage and select the View Event Dashboard link from the Event Contract Card.
Step #2 - View Pick-Up and Reservations
On the Event Contract dashboard, scroll down and find the bar graph above the Reservations button. When looking at the bar graph, green means confirmed reservations with names & credit cards, blue means the rooms are held by teams in 'sub-blocks', and grey is open event inventory for teams to block or book. If your chart is all green and blue with no grey, you have no available rooms left for teams. If it is all grey, you have no pick-up yet.
Select the Reservations button to access your Reservations page, where you will download your Rooming Lists and confirm reservations from your Reservations List. Follow this article for a complete guide on how to download your Rooming List and confirm reservations.
