Check the Cancellation Policy Before Booking

Before confirming your reservation, you can review the hotel's cancellation policy. To do this:

1. Navigate to the "Hotel Details" section.
2. The cancellation policy will be displayed here, allowing you to make an informed decision before booking.
   
   
    

Locate the Cancellation Policy for an Existing Reservation

You can find the cancellation policy for a reservation you’ve already made in the following locations:

1. Reservation Confirmation Email

• Top of the Email: The last day to make changes or cancel without penalty is highlighted at the top.

• Bottom of the Email: A detailed version of the cancellation policy is provided at the bottom. This is the same policy you agreed to when booking.

2. Reservation Receipt on Your Home Page

To find the cancellation policy:

1. Log in and select the "My Reservations" card from your homepage.
2. Select the "View Receipt" option next to your reservation.
3. The receipt will show your cancellation policy along with other booking details

Here you will be able to view your Reservation Receipt and policies.
