This article will walk you through how to get the most out of your NSO Add Rooms Page, where you can submit a Request For Proposal to any event in EventConnect's system.
Navigate to the Add Rooms Page
To navigate to your Add Rooms Page, select the Add Rooms tab from your navigation menu.
Filter The Event List
The Add Rooms Page display all upcoming Events in EventConnect's system. To narrow down the list, select the State/Province dropdown, or select the Only Show Licensed Events checkbox and select Search to refresh the list of Events.
Re-Order the Event List and Submit RFP's
You can re-order the list of Events by any column field. The Projected Peak Rooms column represents the projected number of room nights the event requires for peak nights. Approved Rooms represents the number of room nights that the event has already contracted. Pledged represents the number of rooms that your NSO has contracted to the event.
Submit an RFP
Under the Actions column, select Submit RFP to submit a contract proposal to the event.
This will open a window displaying a list of your hotel properties. Select Submit RFP on the Hotel Property you want use to submit the proposal. Hotel's are listed in order of Distance from the Event's primary venue.
If you can not find your Hotel among the list of results, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Search for Your Hotel.
