NSO Performance Page

This article will walk you through how to get the most out of your NSO Performance Page where you can view current performance by Brand and historical yearly statistics.

Navigate to the Performance Page

To navigate to your Performance Page, select the Performance tab from your navigation menu.

Event Contract and Room Night Overview

On the top left hand side of the page, you can find the total number of Event Contracts that your NSO has contracted in the EventConnect system, as well as the total number of Room Nights reserved from these contracts.

Participating Market Share

On the top right side of the page you can view your participating market share of all Hotels in the EventConnect system. You can filter this market share by Country using the Filter By Country dropdown menu.

Current Performance By Brand

You can view the current number of Contracted Rooms, Reservations and Room Nights per Brand, and can filter the report by these values as well.

Current Historical Yearly Statistics

You can also view historical yearly statistics for number of Contracted Rooms, Reservations, Room Nights per Brand and Average Nightly Rate and can filter the report by these values as well.
