NSO Manage Hotels Page

This article will walk you through how to get the most out of your NSO Manage Hotels Page, which provides an overview or your Hotels in EventConnect's system and the ability to manage them.

Navigate to the Manage Hotels Page

To navigate to your Manage Hotels Page, select the Manage Hotels tab from your navigation menu.

Search by Keyword and Filter By Stop Sell Hotels

At the top of the page, you will find a Search Bar that allows you to filter the report by keywords. You can search for a specific hotel, or search for a particular Hotel Brand. Click the Only Show Stop Sell Hotels checkbox to display results of Hotels where action is required before a new contract can be created. To remove your hotel from the Stop Sell List, contact our support staff at 1-888-723-2064.

Manage Hotels Report Overview

The Manage Hotels Report can be sorted by each column. You can download the report as a CSV File by selecting the Download .CSV button. The Status column displays the "stop sell" flag. Nights Negotiated displays the total number of room nights contracted across all contracts. Nights Sold displays the total number of room nights reserved. Number of Users displays the number of users assigned to the Hotel's dashboard. Number of Events displays the number of Event Contracts. Date Created displays the date that the Hotel dashboard was created. Manage provides a direct link to the Hotel's Dashboard.
