NSO Contracts Page

This article will walk you through how to get the most out of your NSO Contracts Page, where you view all of your upcoming Contracts in EventConnect's system.

Navigate to the Contracts Page

To navigate to your Contracts Page, select the Contracts tab from your navigation menu.

Filter The Contract List

You can search contracts by Hotel Name or Association ID, Event Name, Event Date Range, and filter only Licensed Event Contracts. Licensed Events Contracts are negotiated by the Contracting Company.

Contract Report Overview

The Contract Report can be sorted by each column. EventConnect Calculated Projected Rooms is based on the number of Travelling Teams expected to attend the event, and the average expected size of each Team. Your Brand Pledged Rooms is the number of rooms that your Contract has currently pledged to the Event.
