This article will walk you through how to set your availability and answer referee questions as a game official.
Step 1 - Access Your Referee Profile
When the assignments for games have been released, you will have received an email. Open the link in your email by clicking on "Complete My Profile" and proceed to your referee profile.
If you cannot find your email, log in to your account at app.eventconnect.io. Proceed to click "My Events". Click the blue arrow next to the name of your event and you will arrive at your referee profile.
Step 2 - Set Availability
At the top right section of your referee profile page, you should see the dates of the event with red exclamation points beside them. This means that you need to set your availability.
Click on the date and choose the available hours that you can work or select the "All Day" button. Be sure to Save! Proceed to repeat this process for the other event days that you are available.
Step 2 - Answer Questions
The "Answer Referee Questions" button should be beside the availability selection to the left. Click on that button and proceed to answer any questions asked by the event owner.
