This article will walk you through how to use the "Share with Teams" link to share your event-specific booking link to teams when they call directly looking to book rooms.
Step #1 - Navigate to your Event Contract Dashboard
After logging into your account and navigating to your Hotel Dashboard, select the Active Contracts & Rooming List tab to display a list of your hotel's approved contracts for upcoming events.
Find the Event Contract you would like to manage and select the View Event Dashboard link from the Event Contract Card.
Step #2 - Share your Link with Teams
On the Event Contract dashboard, click the Share with Teams button in the top right corner to copy the link. Then, paste the link into an email and send it to the teams. We recommend saving an email template for quick access and distribution.
This link will bring up the Event Hotel Feed with only your property available. The team will then be able to set up a block or make an individual reservation!

Step #3 (If needed) - Requesting Inventory
