How Do I Access the Credit Card Authorization Form for Staff Rooms?

This article will walk you through how to find and download the Credit Card Authorization Form on your reservations page.

Navigate to your Event Contract Dashboard

After logging into your account and navigating to your Hotel Dashboard, select the Active Contracts & Rooming List tab to display a list of your hotel's approved contracts for upcoming events.

Find the Event Contract you would like to manage and select the View Event Dashboard link from the Event Contract Card.

Navigate to your Reservations list

On the Event Contract Dashboard page, click the "Reservations" button under the nightly pickup graph. This will take you to your rooming list for the event.

Download Credit Card Authorization Form

Under the "Fax Rooming List" button, click "Download Credit Card Authorization Form" to receive a pdf document containing the credit card assigned to staff rooms for the event.

Please note that this credit card authorization form is to be used for comp rooms only. If the comp room has been earned or negotiated as an upfront comp room, this credit card authorization form should be used for incidentals only. If the comp room is unearned, the tournament organizers may utilize this room as a paid staff room which will be paid for with the credit card authorization form.
