Book a Hotel Reservation

Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Hotel Reservations

To create a reservation for your upcoming event, you have two options:

Step 1: Choosing Your Booking Method
Option 1: Use the team booking link

• Receive the Booking Link

  If your Team Manager has already created a Team Block, they can provide you with a direct booking link.

• Book Via the Link

  This is the quickest and easiest way to book your room. Simply click the link, select your room, and complete your reservation.
  
  

Note: If you have already received the booking link, skip the steps below and proceed directly with your reservation.

Option 2: Access the link from the team Dashboard

• Access the Team Dashboard

  Scroll down on your Team Dashboard to find the Discounted Hotels section. 

• View Hotel Options

  Click on View Hotels to explore the available hotels with discounted rates.
  
   

  

Step  2: Selecting Your Hotel

1. Choose a Hotel  

• Once you find a hotel that meets your needs, click Select Your Room to view detailed information, including amenities and rates.
• Use the filter function to narrow down your hotel options.

2. Selecting Your Room Type

• View available room types, rates, and a map showing the hotel’s proximity to the event venue.
• Click Book Now to reserve a room, or choose Hold Group Rooms to hold a block of rooms for your team.

Step 3: Creating Your Reservation

• Select Room Details
  • Choose the number of rooms you need, select your stay dates, and specify how many people will stay in each room.
• Special Requests
  • If you have any specific requests or customizations, use the Special Requests option.

• Proceed to Contact Information
  • After completing these details, click Next to proceed to the contact information section.

Step 4: Confirming Your Reservation

• Enter Billing Information
  • Provide your billing address and credit card details. The total price for your stay will be displayed on the right.
• Deposit & Final Payment
  • You’ll pay a small deposit to secure your room. The remaining balance can be paid when you check in at the hotel.
• Review Hotel Policies
  • Before completing the booking, review the hotel’s policies and check the box to agree.
• Confirm and Pay
  • Click Confirm and Pay to finalize your reservation.

Confirmation

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
