How to Add Players To Your Team Roster

Building your team roster for an upcoming event is easy with the steps outlined below. As a team manager, you can manually add players to the roster or share a link for players to join independently. Please note that some features depend on the event organizer’s setup.

Inviting Players to Join via Link

1. Access the Team Dashboard, 

   On your Team Dashboard, you will see the option to share an invite link.

2. Copy and Share the Link

   Click the Copy button to generate a unique link that allows players to join the roster.

3. Player Registration Process

   When players receive the link, they will complete a simple registration process. This may include filling out roster information and answering survey questions.

   Note: The invite link only works for players. Coaches and managers must be added manually.
    

Manually Adding Team Members

1. Select "Manage Roster"
   • On your Team Dashboard, click Manage Roster to open the roster page where you can add players, parents, or coaches.
      
2. Click "Add Member"
   • Once on the roster page, click the Add Member button located at the top right.
      

3. Choose Member Type
   • You will be prompted to select the type of member you are adding. Choose from the options (e.g., player, coach, or parent), then click Next to proceed.

Completing Player Information

1. Fill Out the Required Fields
   • For each player you add, complete the form with all required details.
      
2. Player Email Confirmation
   • After adding a player, they will receive an email to complete their registration. Once registered, they will appear on your team’s roster.
