Create Reservation using a Team Block

This guide walks you through how to book a hotel reservation using a Team Block.

Step 1: Accessing Your Team Dashboard

Log in to EventConnect

Go to app.eventconnect.io/login and log in to your EventConnect account.
 

Navigate to My Registrations

• Once logged in, click on My Registrations. 
• Find your team's name and click on it to access the Team Dashboard.
  
  
   

Step 2: Find and Book Using the Team Block

• Locate the Team Block

  Scroll down to the Discounted Hotels section at the bottom of the page. 

  Here, you will find your team's block of reserved rooms.

• Book Your Room

  To reserve a room, click on the Book Room button next to the team block.
  
   

Step 3: Booking Link from Your Team Manager

• Receive the Booking Link

  If your Team Manager has already created a Team Block, they can provide you with a direct booking link.

• Book Via the Link

  This is the quickest and easiest way to book your room. Simply click the link, select your room, and complete your reservation.
