Check the Cancellation Policy Before Booking

Before confirming your reservation, you can review the hotel's cancellation policy. To do this:

1. Navigate to the "Hotel Details" section.
2. The cancellation policy will be displayed here, allowing you to make an informed decision before booking.
   
   
    

Locate the Cancellation Policy for an Existing Reservation

You can find the cancellation policy for a reservation you’ve already made in the following locations:

1. Reservation Confirmation Email

• Top of the Email: The last day to make changes or cancel is highlighted at the top.

• Bottom of the Email: A detailed version of the cancellation policy is provided at the bottom. This is the same policy you agreed to when booking.

2.  Home Page

To find the cancellation policy:

1. Log in and select the "Accommodations" card from your homepage.
2. Find a list of your reservations and block
3. Click on the reservation you would like to see to access the receipt
4. The receipt will show your cancellation policy along with other booking details

Here you will be able to view your Reservation Receipt and policies.

By following these steps, you’ll easily access the cancellation terms and avoid any unexpected charges when making changes to your booking.
