Create Reservation using a Team Block

This guide walks you through how to book a hotel reservation using a Team Block.

Step 1: Log in to EventConnect

• Go to app.eventconnect.io/login and log in to your EventConnect account.

Step 2: Navigate to Events

• Once logged in, click on Events.
• Find your team's name and event, click on it to access the Team Dashboard.

Step 3: Find and Book Using the Team Block
 

• Click on your team registration
  Then click on Reservations and Scroll down to find the block attached to your team
  
• Locate the Team Block:
  Click on the Reservations tab to see your team’s active blocks.

• Book Your Room:
  To reserve a room, click on the arrow button next to the team block. Click “Make Reservation” and then “Book Room”.

  

Step 4: Booking Link from Your Team Manager

• Receive the Booking Link:
  If your Team Manager has already created a Team Block, they can provide you with a direct booking link.
• Book Via the Link:
  This is the quickest and easiest way to book your room. Simply click the link, select your room, and complete your reservation.
