Step 1: Checking your reservation cancellation's date
You can cancel your hotel reservation at any time before the cancellation date listed on your reservation receipt. This date can be found at the top of the reservation receipt.
Note: If you need to cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, please contact the hotel directly.

Step 2: Cancel your Reservation
View Reservations from Your Home Page
- Log In: Visit app.eventconnect.io/login to access your Home Page.
- Navigate to Events: here you will see all the events associated with your account

View Details:
- The tab shows you the your reservations and your teams associated with your events
- Click on the tab, to access your team dashboard.
- From your team dashboard, scroll down until your Reservations.
- To make changes, select Edit Reservation.
- The tab shows you the your reservations and your teams associated with your events
Cancel Your Reservation

Select Cancel Reservation:
Scroll down to the bottom of your reservation details and click the Cancel Reservation button.

Provide a Cancellation Reason:
You will be prompted to select a reason for cancelling. After choosing your reason, click the Cancel Reservation button again.

Confirmation:
Once your reservation is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
