This article will walk you through how to cancel an existing hotel reservation.
You can cancel your hotel reservation anytime before your reservation's cancellation date. This date is featured at the top of your reservation receipt. Viewing Reservations from Your Home Page
Once you have logged in to your account at eventconnectsports.com you will land on your Home Page. Under the My Reservations tab, there will be a list of reservations that you have made. Click on the View Receipt beside the reservation, and you will be taken to your Reservation Receipt.
The upcoming hotel reservations you have made will be listed below. Select the reservation you would like to update by clicking Edit Reservation on the far right.
Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your reservation, select the Cancel Reservation button at the bottom of the page, below the list of your reservation details.
Next, you will be prompted to select a reason why you are cancelling your reservation. Once again, select the Cancel Reservation button. After your reservation has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
