Edit Reservation

This article is perfect for you if you need to view or make changes to your existing reservation.

View Reservations from Your Home Page

1. Log In: Visit app.eventconnect.io/login to access your Home Page.
2. Navigate to Events: here you will see all the events associated with your account
3. View Details:
   • The tab shows you the your reservations and your teams associated with your events
     
     
   • Click on the tab, to access your team dashboard.
   • From your team dashboard, scroll down until your Reservations.
   • To make changes, select Edit Reservation.

 

2. Edit Reservation

 From here you can edit the following information:

• Contact Information: Update your name, last name, phone number, or email address.
• Hotel or Room Type: Change your accommodation preferences.
• Billing Information: Update your credit card details.
• Nights:
  • Add or remove nights from your reservation.
  • Remove nights if your plans change.
• Special Requests: Indicate preferences such as a larger room, specific location, or extra pillows.
• Occupancy: Add occupants, players or family members to your reservation by clicking  "Edit Occupants"
• Reward Account Number: Enter your reward account number in the designated field.
• Cancel Reservation: Check your reservation receipt to verify your cancellation policy for your reservation, if needed you can cancel your reservation by clicking on cancel reservation.

3. Submit Changes: 

After entering your new information, read the system messages carefully and confirm your changes by clicking Update Reservation.
