This article will walk you through how to adjust the length of your existing hotel reservation.
To change your hotel reservation Check-In or Check-Out date, there must be available inventory at the hotel and you must not be past the cancellation date for your current reservation.
Step #1 - Navigate to Your Reservation Receipt
After logging into your account, click on the My Reservations card at the top of the page. This will reveal a list of your reservations below.
Your upcoming hotel reservations you have made will be listed below. Select the reservation you would like to update by clicking the blue arrow on the far right.
Step #2 - Your Reservation Receipt
After clicking the blue arrow, you will be brought to your Reservation Receipt. Scroll to the bottom of your receipt and select the Edit Reservation button.
Step #3 - Choose New Check-In and Check-Out Dates
You will now be on the Edit Reservation page. Click on the Check-In and Check-Out input field to reveal a date-picker. Your current check-in and check-out dates will be highlighted in blue. Click once on the new Check-In date you require, and click again on the new Check-Out date you require. Next, select the Update Reservation button.
Step #4 - Reason For Change
If you are reducing the length of your reservation, you will be prompted to provide a reason for the update, then you may click either Cancel or Update Reservation to finalize the update.
Step #5 - Review Your Reservation Summary
If you are extending the length of your reservation, you will be taken to the Update Reservation page, where you can review the updated details of your reservation before submitting. On the right hand side, you will see your Reservation Summary which includes your updated Balance Due to Hotel at check-in as well as the Service Fee under the Pay Now label.
Once you have reviewed your updated Reservation Summary, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Update My Room button to finalize your updated Check-In or Check-Out date.
Step #6 - Receive Your Confirmation Email
Once you have successfully updated your reservation you will be sent a confirmation email with a summary of your updated accommodation details. You can also return to your Dashboard and follow Step #1 of this article again to review your Reservation Receipt at any time.
