This article will walk you through how to change your existing hotel reservation to a different hotel or room type.
To change your existing hotel reservation to an alternative hotel or room type, there must be available inventory at that hotel and you must not be past the cancellation date for your current reservation.

Step #1 - Navigate to Your Reservation Receipt
After logging into your account, click on the My Reservations card at the top of the page. This will populate your list of reservations below.
All upcoming hotel reservations you have made will be listed below. Select the reservation you would like to update by clicking the blue arrow on the far right.
Step #2 - Reservation Receipt
After clicking the blue arrow, you will be brought to your Reservation Receipt. Scroll to the bottom of your receipt and select the Edit Reservation button.
Step #3 - Edit Your Reservation
You will now be on the Edit Reservation page. On the right side you will find a summary of your Reservation Details. Scroll down and select the Change Hotel/Room button.
Step #4 - Select a New Hotel
You will now be on the Move Reservation page, where you will find a list of pre-contracted hotels to select from. To select a room type from a hotel, click the Book button.
Step #5 - Select a Room Type
Next, you will be presented with a the Hotel Details summary. Below this you'll find a list of room types to select from. Select Reserve Room to move forward to the next screen, where you can confirm the details of your new reservation before finalizing them.
Step #6 - Finalize Your New Reservation
You will now be on the Updating Reservation page. You will see a new total for your stay based on the price of room you have selected. Agree to the hotel's policies and finalize your updated reservation by selecting Confirm Change.
Once you have successfully updated your reservation you will be sent a confirmation email with a summary of your updated accommodation details. You can also return to your Dashboard and follow Step #1 of this article again to review your Reservation Receipt at any time.
