This guide will help you modify your existing reservation by either adding an additional night or removing a date.
View Reservations from Your Home Page
- Log In: Visit app.eventconnect.io/login to access your Home Page.
- Navigate to Reservations: Click on the My Reservations tab.

- To see a reservation, click View Receipt next to it.
- To make changes, select Edit Reservation.
Adding Dates to Your Reservation

Select New Dates
On the Edit Reservation page, click on the Check-In and Check-Out input fields to open the date-picker. Your current check-in and check-out dates will be highlighted in blue. From here, choose the new dates for your stay.

Room Availability
Once you've selected the new dates, the system will check for room availability. If rooms are available, you'll see the option to proceed with payment by clicking Continue to Payment.

Payment Process
On the payment page, review the updated reservation summary to ensure the new dates and charges are correct. Enter your payment details, and click Pay and Update Reservation to confirm the changes

Accept Hotel Policies
After entering your credit card information, review the hotel policies. Once you’ve read and agreed to them, check the box and select Update and Pay to finalize your reservation changes.
Limited Availability for Additional Dates
If the hotel doesn’t have availability for the additional night, you’ll see a message indicating this. A request will be sent to the property to extend your reservation. Typically with a 3-5 business day response time.

Pre-Authorizing Payment
If you’re requesting an additional night, you'll need to enter your credit card information to pre-authorize the payment. The charge won’t be processed until the hotel approves the request. If approved, your payment will be processed, and you'll receive an email with the updated reservation details. If declined, the pending charge will be released, and your original reservation dates will remain unchanged.
Removing Dates from your Reservation
1. Select New Dates
To remove a date from your reservation, follow the same process by selecting new check-in or check-out dates through the date-picker on the Edit Reservation page.
2. Update Your Reservation
Once you've made your changes, click Update Reservation to save them.

Confirmation of Changes
After successfully updating your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the new details of your stay. You can also return to your Home Page and view your updated reservation there.
