If you have submitted a room block request and it has been approved, this article will provide you with guidance on the next steps.

If your room block request was approved, the inventory will automatically be held on your behalf. You can begin the reservation process or share it with your team through your approval email or your home page.
View Your Approval Email
You will be notified via email when your room block request is approved. The following is an example of the approval email and the information that is displayed there. In this email, you will find the block's expiration date, a link to share with your team and a Book Now button that can be used to reserve your room.
Finding Your Block in Your Home Page
After logging in to your account, click on the My Holds/Requests card at the top of the page. Next, select View Hold Details for more information about your team block.
Once View Hold Details is selected, it will open up the Hold/Requests card for additional information, including the following options: Book Rooms, Modify Nights, and Release Block.
If you select Book Rooms, you will be brought to the booking page for the event with your team block listed at the top. You can use the Share with team button to copy the booking link for your team.
Once your team has the booking link for your team block, they will be able to begin to reserve their rooms for your upcoming event.
