How Do I View the Hotels Contracted for My Event?

Tournament Hotels Page - Overview

To navigate to your tournament hotels page, click on the heading Hotels & Reservations and select Tournament Hotels from the drop down. Once you land on this page, you will be presented with a modal with 3 tabs on the left and a bar graph on the right hand side:

To see your hotel revenue, click the Revenue tab on the left. This updates in live time as teams book!

The bar graph shows your hotel consumption by night.

Green = Rooms Reserved

Yellow = Rooms in Team Sub Blocks

Grey = Rooms Available

Next, scroll down to Contracting Summary to see the hotel contracts for the event, as well as a tab where you can see available rooms broken down by hotel, room type, and date.

Under Hotel Contracts, you can see the approved hotel contracts that are live for teams, in addition to hotels that are being negotiated with and hotels that have declined to participate in the event. You have access to see the distance from the primary venue, the average rate, the hotel cutoff date, and much more.

Under Room Contracts, you can see in live time exactly how many rooms are available at each property by room type and date. If a team calls asking for a certain number of rooms, you can use the filters and sort each property to see what options the team has to book!
