This article outlines the process of setting an event live - IF YOUR EVENT NEEDS PROCUREMENT YOU MUST REACH OUT TO YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER OR ACCOUNTS@EVENTCONNECT.IO
Ensure you have followed the steps and double checked the following sections in your event:
Setting An Event Live
To set an event live, click on the grey "Draft" button at the top of the page beside the name of the event. This will take you to the Go Live page, which can also be found by going to Event Setup -> Settings -> Go Live
Click the green "Set Event Active" button to set the event live! Then, you can share the links on the right to your teams and on your website:
- Event Registration Link: Registration page
- Event Hotel Listing Link: Event Hotel Feed
- Who's Playing: Shows what teams have registered (only if this setting is turned on)
- Event Schedule: Shows schedule and standings (if brackets are created and set live)
- Add-Ons: Merchandise and Ticketing Page
- Open Hotel Feed: Allows teams to search for hotels by events (applicable if you have multiple events)
- Embed Event Schedule: I-frame that can be embedded on website
- Embed Open Hotel Feed: I-frame that can be embedded on website
