This article will walk you through how to Submit Multiple Proposals to Events at Once.
Step 1 - Navigate to Request for Proposals from Events
After logging into your account and accessing your hotel dashboard, select the Create Proposals button at the top of your Home page.
You can also navigate to your Event Opportunities by selecting the RFP & Additional Opportunities tab on the left hand side of your dashboard.
Once on your Event Opportunities page, select the Opportunities tab. This will display a list of Events in your area that you can submit proposals to.
Step 2 - Select Multiple Upcoming Events
Once on the Opportunities tab of your Event Opportunities page, select the checkbox next to multiple Event Cards, then click Offer Rooms to Selected Events.
Step #3 - Customize and Submit Your Proposal
While inventory and rates can be customized per Event and per Room Type, concessions must be the same for all Event Contracts when using the multi-RFP submission tool. To customize concessions on a per Event basis, respond to RFP's individually.
If you are submitting a proposal to multiple events, you can customize inventory and rates on a per-event basis. You will find the inventory settings for each individual event's blue banner as you scroll down the page.
Step 4 - Customize and Submit Your Proposal
Follow Steps #4 and Step #5 of this article on how to Submit Proposals to Events to customize the Event Contracts to the needs of your property. Once you have customized and sent your proposals, you will receive an email confirming the details. You will receive a second email notifying you of the Proposal's status when the event has responded to your response.
