Disable/Enable Additional Inventory Requests

Enable or Disable Inventory Requests

Once you have navigated to an Event Contract Dashboard , scroll further down the page, you will find the Edit Requests button under the Rooms Overview Section. 

Selecting this button will allow or deny event attendees to request additional inventory from your hotel beyond what your contract has initially offered.

You can disable requests on a per-night basis depending on your availability. 

You can select the drop-down option to reflect whether you want to offer additional rooms or disable this option for teams. Additionally, you can disable requests for shoulder nights depending on your hotel availability.

After the changes have been made, please select 'Save Requests' to finalize your changes.
